SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship all orders directly from our studio. Each order is prepared carefully to ensure your drills, kits and materials arrive in perfect condition.
Because many of our products are assembled to order, preparation time may vary slightly depending on workload, however we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.
Processing time
Most orders are prepared within 2–3 business days.
During busy periods or large custom orders, preparation may take slightly longer to maintain quality control.
Dispatch Times
Once your order is ready, it is packaged and dispatched from our workshop.
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it leaves our studio.
Australia Post delivery times
Western Australia: 2–4 business days
Interstate: 3–7 business days
Remote areas: may take slightly longer
International: varies by destination and customs processing
Delivery Estimates
Delivery time depends on your location and Australia Post transit schedules.
These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays or carrier delays outside our control.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include a clear photo of:
• The item
• The packaging
• The shipping label
We will organise a replacement or correction immediately — no stress and no extra cost to you.
There is no need to return the item — the photo is all we require.

For minor issues, we will send a replacement right away once we receive your photo confirmation.
