1. Store Purchases

All prices listed on Ealain-Jaq Studio are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We accept payment via Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Afterpay.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including suspected reseller or fraudulent activity.

2. Custom Made Products

Custom printing and bespoke diamond artwork services require customer approval of digital proofs prior to production.

Once a proof is approved, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged for change of mind.

Due to the personalised nature of these items, refunds or replacements are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g. manufacturing fault or damage in transit).

3. Community Marketplace Noticeboard

Ealain-Jaq Studio provides a community noticeboard platform only.

We do not buy, sell, inspect, verify, store, ship, handle payment for, or guarantee any items listed by users.

All transactions occur directly between the buyer and seller.

Ealain-Jaq Studio is not a party to any transaction and accepts no responsibility for:

• item condition or accuracy of description

• payment disputes

• delivery arrangements

• lost items

• scams or fraudulent behaviour

Ealain-Jaq Studio acts only as a passive advertising platform and communication facilitator. We are not a broker, agent, escrow service, or payment intermediary.

Users participate at their own risk.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to submit or respond to marketplace listings.

We reserve the right to edit, refuse or remove any listing or submission at any time without notice.

By submitting images or content, you grant Ealain-Jaq Studio permission to display, store and share the material for the purpose of providing the service or listing.

Users must not impersonate another person or misrepresent ownership of items. Listings found to be misleading may be removed.

4. Digital Pattern Software Access

Purchasing access to our digital pattern software grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence.

Patterns generated using the software are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or commercially reproduced without written permission from Ealain-Jaq Studio.

5. Acceptable Use of Website

Users must not misuse the website, forms or marketplace.

Prohibited behaviour includes submitting false information, spam, automated submissions, scraping, harassment, unlawful content, or attempting to interfere with the website’s operation.

We may remove content or block access at our discretion.
