Flowing Grace celebrates the graceful beauty of the Peruvian Guinea Pig as it rests within a natural landscape of weathered bark, moss-covered timber, scattered hay, and delicate meadow grasses. Positioned centrally within the composition, the guinea pig is framed by rustic log shelters and soft vegetation that create the impression of a secluded woodland glade. Warm morning sunlight filters gently across the scene, illuminating the richly textured environment while drawing attention to the animal's remarkable flowing coat.

The Peruvian Guinea Pig is one of the oldest recognised long-haired guinea pig breeds and is renowned for its exceptionally long, silky coat. Through generations of careful selective breeding, the hair has developed to grow continuously, forming a smooth mantle that naturally parts along the spine and flows evenly towards the front and rear of the body. This remarkable coat has made the breed one of the most recognisable and admired varieties within the guinea pig fancy.
Maintaining the Peruvian's flowing coat requires regular grooming to prevent tangles, remove debris, and keep the hair in good condition. In exhibition animals, the coat may reach impressive lengths and is carefully managed to preserve its texture, symmetry, and overall presentation. Alongside coat quality, breeders continue to emphasise sound conformation, health, and gentle temperament, ensuring the breed remains as practical to care for as it is visually distinctive. As we are based in Western Australia, delivery typically takes approximately 2–4 business days within Western Australia and 3–6 business days for interstate destinations within Australia following dispatch.
