All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order. We use Australia Post for all domestic shipping, and delivery times may vary depending on their workload. However, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days within the same state (we are based in Western Australia) and 3-6 business days for interstate deliveries.

Refund & Exchange Information

At Crystal Canvas Creations, we recognize that accidents and mistakes can occur. If there’s a minor issue with your order, such as receiving a damaged product or an order error, simply reach out to us within 30 days and include a photo of the product. We'll send you a replacement right away, completely free of charge. There's no need to return the item – the photo is all we need.

In the case of a more significant issue, we’re happy to offer either a replacement or a full refund.
