PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Pisces presents a luminous interpretation of the final sign of the zodiac, where two graceful fish glide through tranquil waters beneath a brilliant celestial sky. Illuminated by the cool blue presence of Neptune and framed by the constellation of Pisces above, the paired fish circle one another in perfect harmony, their flowing fins and iridescent scales creating an elegant symbol of eternal connection.

At the centre of the composition rests a richly ornamented stone pedestal bearing the golden Pisces emblem, its surface adorned with aquamarine, amethyst, heliotrope, and other polished gemstones that shimmer beneath the moonlit reflections. Encircling the fish is a delicate celestial ribbon of light, symbolising the mythical cord that forever binds them together. Around the still waters, flowering water lilies bloom in shades of soft lavender and blush, their reflections dancing across the glass-like surface alongside countless stars scattered across the night.

Soft sea greens, luminous aquamarines, sapphire blues, and silvery whites dominate the palette, producing an atmosphere of serenity and quiet wonder. The artwork evokes a dreamlike meeting of mythology, water, and the cosmos, where movement, light, and reflection combine to celebrate unity, compassion, and enduring connection.

CULTURAL CONTEXT AND SYMBOLOGY

Pisces is the twelfth and final astrological sign of the zodiac, representing those born between February 19 and March 20.

Governed by Neptune, and traditionally by Jupiter, Pisces belongs to the element of Water and has long symbolised intuition, compassion, imagination, and spiritual connection.

In Greek mythology, Pisces is linked to Aphrodite and her son Eros during the terrifying assault of the monster Typhon upon the Olympian gods. To escape the creature, mother and son transformed themselves into fish and leapt into the river. Fearing they might become separated by the powerful current, they tied themselves together with a cord, allowing them to remain united until the danger had passed. Their devotion to one another was later commemorated among the stars as the constellation Pisces.

This artwork honours that enduring bond through two celestial fish bound by a ribbon of light that symbolises the mythical cord described in ancient tradition. The gemstone-adorned monument, tranquil waters, blooming lilies, and moonlit reflections reinforce Pisces as a sign whose greatest strength is found not through power, but through empathy, trust, and the enduring connections that carry us safely through life's deepest currents.
